1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to commission NSFW content. By commissioning me, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.2. Commission Process
A sketch will be provided for approval before proceeding to the final piece. Adjustments can be made at this stage.
While I am working on it, I will provide daily updates
Once I start your work, it will take me between 2-5 days to complete it3. Payment
Payments are to be made in USD via PayPal Invoice. Full or half payment is required upfront.
No refunds will be issued once the commission has started unless I cannot complete the work.
I am open to negotiating the price4. Rights and Usage
You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (e.g., profile pictures, and prints for personal display).
Commercial use, including selling or using the artwork for profit, is prohibited without prior discussion and additional fees.
I have full rights to post my work unless you pay an additional 25% fee5. Content Guidelines
I will not create artwork that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
Please be clear about your boundaries and preferences in the initial request.6. Credit
Please credit me as the artist when sharing or posting the commissioned work online.7. Changes and Revisions
I will allow revisions during the sketch phase. If major changes are approved after the sketch, they will incur additional fees.
Exceptions to this are if there is a character detail that I should have noticed out of my error (i.e. a bracelet on the wrong arm, a missing accessory or piece of jewelry, a missing tattoo, etc).8. Communication
Please maintain open communication throughout the commission process. I am happy to discuss your ideas and preferences.9. Termination
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if the commission has yet to start.
